PLAYER QUESTIONS
Common Questions About hk8my Games and Account
These answers address the misunderstandings we see most often — from how jackpot meters actually work in Fire Strike 2 to why Fruit Party doesn't use paylines at all. Where a mechanic varies by version or provider configuration, we flag that so you know to check the in-game paytable before betting.
Does landing fire symbols in Fire Strike 2 guarantee a jackpot payout on that spin?
Not automatically. Fire symbols add their displayed value to a jackpot meter, but a payout only triggers when enough fire symbols land in a single spin to meet the qualifying count. Landing one or two fire symbols contributes to the meter without triggering it. Check the in-game paytable for the exact threshold, as it can vary by version.
Does Alchemy Gold's transformation mechanic always upgrade the same symbols?
No — which symbols get transformed and when depends on the active feature rules for that variant. The transformation converts selected lower-value symbols to a higher-value target before win evaluation completes, but the scope and trigger conditions differ across versions. Always review the in-game information panel to know what triggers the transformation in the version you're playing.
Can the Joker wild in Joker's Jewels substitute for every symbol on the reels?
In most versions, the Joker substitutes for all other symbols — but some configurations exclude the highest-value symbol from wild substitution. The practical result is that a Joker completing a mid-tier line pays out while a top-symbol combination still requires its own matching symbols. Confirm the substitution rules in the paytable before your session.
Does Fruit Party use paylines like a standard slot?
No. Fruit Party uses a cluster pays system on a 7x7 grid — wins come from groups of five or more matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically, with no fixed paylines at all. After a winning cluster, those symbols are removed and new ones tumble down, potentially creating chain reactions within the same spin.

WHAT TO CHECK FIRST
Practical Checks Before You Play or Enquire
A few quick checks save time when something isn't working as expected. Verify your account details match your registered information before chasing a payment. For game rules — particularly for mechanics like Fruit Party's cluster pays or Fire Strike 2's jackpot meter — the in-game paytable is the definitive reference, not third-party sites.
